These Terms of Use govern your access to and browsing of our websites. They are different from, and do not replace, the Terms of Service that govern paid subscriptions to the EmpleYor and NAVTRI platforms.

1. Who Operates These Websites

  • stratedgeglobal.com — operated by StratEdge Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN: 36-5144101), registered office 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
  • stratgrid.in — operated by StratGrid Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN: U62090KA2025PTC211862), registered office BHIVE Premium Campus, JBR Tech Park, 6th Rd, EPIP Zone, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India.
  • empleyor.com and navtri.com — operated by StratGrid Private Limited (as product owner), with international commercial availability through StratEdge Global LLC.

2. The StratEdge Global Group — Structure Disclaimer

“StratEdge Global” and “the StratEdge Global group” are brand names describing two independent legal entities operating under common ownership:

  • StratGrid Private Limited (India) — the operating and technology company. It owns and operates the EmpleYor and NAVTRI platforms, always, employs all India-based personnel, and is the contracting entity for India-based clients and for clients who elect to contract with the India entity.
  • For Employer of Record (EOR) and staff augmentation engagements, the specific legal entity that employs deployed workers (which may be StratGrid Private Limited, another StratEdge Global group company, or an approved local Employer of Record partner) is named in the client’s signed Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work, and may vary by country.
  • StratEdge Global LLC (USA) — the international commercial representative. It is the contracting and invoicing entity for clients who require or select a US-entity relationship.

Important:

  • The group is a brand and ownership description, not a single legal entity. Neither entity is the agent of the other, and neither has authority to bind the other.
  • Your contract, invoice, and legal relationship are with one specific entity — identified in your agreement, order form, or at signup — and not with “the group.”
  • References on our websites, marketing materials, social media, or personnel profiles to “StratEdge Global” as a collective describe the brand, and do not alter which entity you contract with.
  • Personnel described as part of “StratEdge Global” are employed by the specific group entity named in their employment documentation — India-based personnel are employed by StratGrid Private Limited.

3. Informational Content Only — No Advice

Content on these websites — including blog posts, guides, comparisons, pricing indications, and descriptions of EOR, staffing, HR, tax, or compliance topics — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, employment, immigration, accounting, or professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. Obtain advice from a qualified professional for your specific situation before acting.

Pricing, features, and service descriptions on the websites are indicative and subject to change; the terms of any actual engagement are exclusively those set out in your signed agreement or accepted order form.

All content on these websites — text, graphics, logos, product names (including StratEdge Global, StratGrid, EmpleYor, PeopleEdge, HireEdge, and NAVTRI), designs, software, and page layouts — is owned by StratGrid Private Limited or StratEdge Global LLC, or used under licence. Nothing on the websites grants you any licence or right to use any trademark, logo, or brand name without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The websites may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party content (for example, maps, videos, or social feeds). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data collected through the websites (contact forms, demo requests, analytics, cookies) is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, available on each website. The Privacy Policy covers all four group websites and both platforms.

8. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

THE WEBSITES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE WEBSITES OR THEIR CONTENT, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the websites at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time; the version posted on the website applies from its stated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

Your use of stratgrid.in, empleyor.com, and navtri.com is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Your use of stratedgeglobal.com is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. This section applies to website use only; disputes under a platform subscription or service engagement are governed by the dispute-resolution terms of the applicable agreement.
