Our story
We watched founders lose months to the wrong hiring setup: engineers in Bengaluru waiting six weeks to be onboarded, Series A teams paying four vendors for one job, and founders spending their time on HR admin instead of their product.
Existing platforms were either built for large enterprises or forced startups to stitch five tools together. StratEdge brings Employer of Record, HR software, resource augmentation and managed services into one partner, built for 10 to 200-person startups.

StratEdge Global is founder-led. It was co-founded by Nity Niharika (Growth and Client Partnerships) and Abhishek Kumar Verma (Product and Operations), and recruitment is led by Manjari Sinha. The team has built teams for global companies and managed enterprise client relationships for well over a decade.
