EOR (Employer of Record) is for hiring permanent full-time employees globally — we become the legal employer while you keep operational control. Resource Augmentation is for embedding pre-vetted professionals into your team on a flexible basis without committing to permanent headcount. Managed Services is for outsourcing entire operational functions (payroll, compliance, contractor management) to us end-to-end. Many clients use all three at different stages of growth.
Yes. There is no requirement to commit to all three services at once. Most clients start with EOR for a key hire or RA for a specific project, and expand to Managed Services as their team grows. All services can be combined under a single master services agreement.
No. Our EOR model specifically removes this requirement. We are the legal employer of record in the country — you hire and direct the employee without needing your own entity. This eliminates setup time, legal costs, and ongoing compliance burden.
EOR engagements can go live in as little as 48 hours once contracts are signed. Resource Augmentation has a 14-day SLA for shortlisted profiles. Managed Services transitions typically take 2–4 weeks depending on scope. We will confirm exact timelines in your discovery call.
We operate across 85+ countries, with particularly strong coverage and in-country expertise in India, Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia), Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine), and Latin America (Mexico, Colombia). We can confirm coverage for your specific target country in a discovery call.
No. All our services are month-to-month with no lock-in. EOR and Resource Augmentation can be terminated with 30 days notice. Managed Services typically has a 60-day notice period given the operational handover required. There are no exit fees.
All invoices are Net 10 — payable within 10 business days. We invoice in USD from our US entity (StratEdge Global LLC). No deposit is required to get started. Add-on services are billed separately upon agreement.
